Cancellations & Return Policy:

After placing an Order, you can request for a full refund up to 2 weeks before your planned Ship Date, but ONLY if I have not started on your Toppers yet!

All my Toppers are Made-to-Order; once I have started on them, I cannot accept any cancellations or returns or exchanges; all sales are final!

Shipping & Handling:

All items are packaged very carefully, but in the unlikely event that they break during transit: please take a picture of the damaged Box (BEFORE opening) and of the Toppers (after opening) and email me within 12 hours of arrival and depending on the severity of the damage, I can offer a 25% to 50% refund on the broken item/s. Minor damages are easily repairable; I will gladly offer advice on repair.

I CANNOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS IF NO PICTURES ARE PROVIDED of UNopened Box, and of Toppers (after opening)

I cannot be held responsible and can't offer a refund, for lost or stolen or late packages. Make sure to have your packages delivered to a secure address/mailbox.
